Health and wellness is a big deal to Dr Yildiz. While my mentor Dr Yildiz gained over 167,000 subscribers. I am also celebrating my first 100,00 subscribers. Possibly, it will take me 66 years to get so many subscribers if Substack becomes a thing by then.
By the way, another celebration for me. But this one is different.
I recently read another book by Dr Yildiz. But it was not about Substack or writing. It was about health and well-being. The book was so powerful that it helped me to lose 10 pounds of visceral fat in 3 months. I am feeling so well and it is possibly noticeable in my new videos.
